andrew asked me last night how i could be so optimistic about this house. i didnt have a response for him.. but i just keep on being optimistic that eventually something is going to go right with this house.
and i'm constantly asking myself if maybe there is something i'm supposed to learn through this experience. and this is what i came up with.
faith without works is dead.
the reason i thought of this is because i keep just letting other people do the dirty work, and i keep having faith that it will get done, but i never do anything. i let our lender call the title company and our realtor call the selling agent but last night as i was praying i've decided that today i'm gonna take matters into my own hands. I am gonna be the one to call the title company and the selling agent and find out what in the world is going on. and beg and plead for them to just SIGN THE DANG PAPERWORK and grant me this christmas miracle.
so.. i could really use all the prayers possible because today.. i am going to work a miracle. i am going to get us closed on this house before christmas.
and i'll let you know if it actually happens. ;)
