preggo update - 26 weeks

i'm 26 weeks this week and still feeling AWESOME. i sometimes forget i have a big ol' belly because i feel so normal. my back only starts hurting after i've been on my feet all day long and even then it's not so bad. i have been completely loving being pregnant. i do wish sometimes that i could have control of my body again but i love being pregnant. conflicting emotions haha. i love love love feeling this baby girl kick. and i especially love when andrew can feel her! she moves alot while i sleep so if i wake up for some reason in the middle of the night i love to stay awake for just a few minutes and just enjoy feeling her kick and move inside me. it is the greatest comfort to know that she is healthy enough to give me a hearty blow to my bladder!! haha i felt her have hiccups for the first time yesterday. ha it is such a different feeling but i LOVE IT! i am loving every minute of this! even when i need help getting my shoes on or getting up from the couch hahaha 

my one and only complaint this week is that it totally BLOWS being sick when you're pregnant! i mean, its sucky all the time, but especially when you're pregnant! you're super limited on what medicines you can take so it has been a rough couple of days for me and Andrew. (i got him sick.. we called in on the same day. way more fun being at home sick with your hubs.:)

i am absolutely GIDDY about meeting this baby girl. i cannot wait! i hope the next three months or so just FLY by because i want her to be here! (and, of course, because i'm so excited about it, time will just tick by.) we are starting to work on the nursery pretty soon.. but we still haven't picked out bedding so hopefully everything matches hahaha but anyway.. everything is AWESOME with us! Andrew and i are getting really excited about being PARENTS! We have a doctors appointment tomorrow so please pray for us that everything will have corrected itself and we can plan on a normal delivery! :)
