tender mercies

so two posts ago i said that i was on the brink of giving up on this house buying endeavor and andrew and i were gonna find a new game plan but then i had a week full of tender mercies!!

our lender said we were going to lose our loan because the FHA regulations had changed and andrews credit score wasnt high enough, and mine wasnt mature enough, to get us reapproved. i begged our lender to pull our credit again just to see if andrews score had gone up the 15 points that it needed to.. and when our lender pulled it again it had gone up 40 points. 40 POINTS! everyone was telling me that they didnt think it was possible and that it had probably even gone down.. but it didnt.

and tender mercy # 2 was we werent supposed to hear anything from the selling agent until next week and they told us yesterday that they are ready to move forward. which means.. we could very possibly be closing next week!!

HOORAYY!

i'm so glad that we persevered.. even though we didnt really want to sometimes. its really paying off!
